I believe we need to alleviate the mistrust in society, it’s the culture of fear that eats the holes in, as you say, our swiss cheese legal system.

I am mostly alarmed at the possibility that some corrupt institution may muscle their dirty ways through our 'Swiss cheese' legal system and get a carte blanche to freely confiscate, without a legal warrant, someone's private information by intercepting packets of data on the wire.
